Hanai means adoption and foster care in Hawaiian. Hanai Outreach Services connects with the public to share information about adoption and foster care. We also provide continuing education units to health care and social service professionals.
Hanai Outreach Services is a Continuing Education (CE) Provider for the National Association of Social Workers (Provider #886709605-3096) and the California Board of Registered Nursing (CEP 15580). LCSWs, MFTS, RNs, LVNs and CNAs who take the one hour in-service training “The Health Care Professionals Role in Adoption Planning” will receive 1 credit towards their licensing requirements.
